Thank you for your continued participation and involvement in the South Logan Transit-Oriented Development project. After a 20-month planning effort to create the South Logan TOD Plan and further community feedback on implementation efforts, City Council will consider the South Logan TOD Implementation code amendments for adoption on Monday, Aug. 12, 2024 at 6 p.m.

The proposals make area-specific and citywide changes to support transit- and pedestrian-oriented development. Read more about the envisioned transit-oriented future for South Logan and beyond.

Next Steps

Written testimony can be sent via email in advance of the City Council meeting to southlogantod@spokanecity.org. Verbal testimony will be heard at the City Council meeting on Monday, Aug. 12.
