June is Pride Month!

This month we are celebrating Pride and sharing the following events in honor of our LGBTQIA+ community!

2024 Sonoma County Pride Parade


When: Saturday, June 1, 11:00am – 12:00pm

Where: Fourth Street & Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa

The 2024 theme is "Queeroes: Celebrating our Past, Present & Future Sheroes, Heroes, and Queeroes!"

Rialto Cinema Presents: OutWatch Film Festival

OUTwatch Film Festival returns for one day only on Saturday, June 8, with a compelling trio of films: Summer Camp, Mysterious Ways, and Lesvia.

Upcoming Action Team Meetings

Community Accountability Action Team 

Our Community Accountability Action Team meeting this month is canceled to create space for our backbone team and our co-chairs to do internal planning.


However, we have a special event next month in our July 10 meeting -- A Going Beyond Land Acknowledgements Workshop facilitated by Redbud Resource Group! This workshop is virtual and will take place from 2pm-4:30pm. We still have space for 15 more individuals, so please sign up soon if you’re interested!


Going Beyond Land Acknowledgements is a training and assessment program that prepares organizations to meaningfully partner with Native governments and communities. This training will be offered FREE to organizations in our network and their representatives.

Resource Connection Network Action Team  

June 17, 2024 1:00-2:30pm


This meeting has been rescheduled and will take place on Monday, June 17 due to the San Diego CIE Summit which the Sonoma Connect backbone team will be attending at the end of the month.


Join us to participate in decision making regarding next steps in the implementation of the Resource Connection Network  



Our Action Team meetings offer simultaneous interpretation in Spanish.

Sonoma County's MHSA FY 2024-2025 Annual Plan Update is now available!

Sonoma County’s Behavioral Health Division has posted a draft of their Annual Plan Update for fiscal year 24-25.


The posting of the plan update is the beginning of the mandatory 30-day public comment period. Sonoma County’s Mental Health Board will be hosting the MHSA Public Hearing on June 18, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at the Finley Community Center.

Innovations Project’s Celebration of Love and Community

When: June 15 from 1pm-4pm

Where: Andy Lopez 's Unity Park, located at 3399 Moorland Ave, Santa Rosa.

Enjoy an afternoon filled with music, creative activities, and free food. This event, brought to you by a coalition of organizations and community members, aims to provide the resources and support needed for community wellness. Their goal is to bring together community to create cultural spaces that promote everyone's well-being.

Together, community will forge pathways to healing, empowering individuals to find their strength and lead in their lives and communities. Don’t miss out on this celebration of wellness! All ages and identities are welcome.

"Tools to Better Engage Eligible Members in CalAIM"

The webinar will achieve the following objectives for participants:  ECM and Community Supports providers learn how to adapt Job Aids to improve engagement of eligible members when describing ECM and Community Supports programs. Local organizations recognize the benefit of a CalAIM coordinator position to connect systems of care and increase referrals and utilization. ECM and Community Supports providers identify a strategy to establish warm handoffs and increase referrals with health care providers. Healthcare providers identify an opportunity to better access and utilize client data for those experiencing homelessness through case finding.
