Dearest Mountain Song Community,
What a wild ride it's been with our Colorado's spring weather! From soaking up nearly 80°F sunshine on Wednesday to a snowy surprise yesterday, it's been quite the rollercoaster. For some of our middle school students, the snow was a welcomed break from the CMAS testing frenzy. It offered a chance to recharge and reset before diving back in.
And speaking of CMAS testing, we're almost done! After today, it's just makeup tests next week, and then we're in the clear. Normal school schedules will resume on Monday, so let's all come prepared with layers to tackle whatever Colorado throws our way.
As we gear up for the final stretch of the school year, it's time to get excited about all the upcoming events! From plays to field trips, festivals to celebrations, there's so much to look forward to. These moments mark the milestones as our children grow, and we're thrilled to be part of their journey.
Amidst the excitement, let's not forget the importance of maintaining rhythm and routine in our kids' lives. It's what keeps them grounded and stable during these busy times. We're grateful to have you as partners in this journey, supporting our students every step of the way.
Here's to a fantastic end to the school year!
Warmly,
