Much like you I faced the challenges of finding the perfect story to connect with clients.  Today I’m your go-to guy for social media magic in the Staging and Real Estate world!  I can’t wait to share my process of harnessing storytelling through video marketing and how Instagram has redefined my staging business.  

In this workshop, you'll learn to navigate the complexities of storytelling and discover how to share your journey authentically. You will gain insights into strategically building a structure for content creation. Soon you will be ready to create brand content that resonates with your audience and positions you as their solution. Daniel Coffman Bio:

Daniel Coffman is Director of Design and a founder of the Los Angeles based design firm, Staged Spaces. After spending just a few years in the real estate and design industry, Daniel has created a brand recognized by the staging community at large.  His authentic approach to crafting stories on social media has become his newest passion. Daniel is a mentor, coach, and advocate in the Home Staging world.  He enjoys discovering the story behind the business of staging and real estate.  You may have seen Daniel on stage at RESACON, on the screen hosting his hit internet series DeStaged, or in your daily feed with his hilarious instagram reels.

Important Chapter Information

**IMPORTANT**

Please check on your RESA National Membership! You must be an active national member to be in the Denver Metro Local chapter!

Many Chapter members are expiring too, we'll be reaching out to remind you to pay for the 2024/2025 year!

Local Denver Chapter Dues:

It's just $50 for a year! Local chapter members must be active RESA national members and will get access to our monthly chapter educational meetings and to our private Facebook group. The chapter dues will help our chapter with meeting and education expenses.

Chapter dues can be paid by check and made out to "RESA Denver Metro Chapter". We also now have Zelle available through your banks. Just search for DenverCO@RESAchapters.org to pay through Zelle.

If you are not yet a member, we would love to have you join us for a meeting or two to check things out! We also have a public Facebook group where we will be sharing upcoming information and highlights. We hope to add more to that in the coming weeks.
