Message from the President by Charli Thyne

Dear Patriots,

So much chaos is engulfing our country. College campuses are plagued by protestors calling for the death of Israel AND America. These anarchists are well-funded by the likes of George Soros and others who dream of destroying our county. I’m sure you’re aware that the “Praying Grandma” who prayed throughout the Capitol on January 6th is facing imprisonment in August.

How can this be?

While President Trump is tied up in court for days and weeks on end on Trumped up charges (forgive the pun), the Democrats are out campaigning to remain in power. We must do what we can to stand against this tyranny. There’s a feeling in the air that is almost palpable as we look to the fall and the election. People are actually prepping for all-out rioting. Echoes of the fallout from the George Floyd uprising remind us that we must stand in solidarity to protect and secure a good and decent society.

As I’ve said before, "It’s better to light a candle than to curse the darkness."

What do we do?

About MRW's email communications

A small segment of our membership has not been receiving the emails MRW sends out (newsletters, luncheon invitations, etc.). We've tied various remedies that sometimes work, but often don't. This is apparently caused by security rules and regulations imposed by various email services. So we have partnered with Constant Contact to find a solution, and have made some changes.

We now have a different email address for you to put in your digital address book under "Moore Republican Women" to replace "mrwnc1981@gmail.com," which was the email address before:

MRW@mrwnc.org

If you or any members/associates you know have not been receiving our communications, please share this information - or have them contact Pilar Page to see what else can be done to resolve this issue for them.
