2023 DUES RENEWAL TIMELINE

• December 1 - 31, 2022 - $50 late fee applied to 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
• December 31, 2022 - Affiliate 2023 Dues Deadline
• January 1, 2023 - Unpaid members are terminated
• January 1 - 15, 2023 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments

Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 1 - MONTHLY MLS TECHNOLOGY FEE INVOICING

MLS technology fee will be invoiced on Sunday, January 1 and is due Wednesday, January 25.

REMINDER: Autopay and billing frequency changes must be made prior to January 1, 2023 invoicing.

Don't forget the new billing system offers Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly billing frequencies for MLS Tech fees in addition to monthly. Talk to your managing broker about payment expectations and then give us a call or submit form below if you'd like to change your MLS Tech fee billing frequency.

Annual: Jan 1 | Semi-Annual: Jan 1 & Jul 1 | Quarterly: Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, & Oct 1
