"Snarf" Jimmy Seidel decided to stop looking for the world's best sandwich...and set out to create it instead. In 1996, he opened the very first Snarf's in Boulder, Colorado. Now, almost two decades later, our family-owned business has grown to nearly 20 restaurants including the newest in Austin, Texas.

We're conveniently located next to the UT campus at the corner of Medical Arts and Dean Keeton. We offer great catering options for your group as well as delivery if you want us to bring sandwiches to you. We look forward to meeting you!
