Prepare the Slap Ya Mama Red Beans & Rice
as directed on the back of the box, then place the
cooked Red Beans & Rice mixture into the refrigerator
until chilled thoroughly, which will help make the "balls"
easier to form. Once cold, form the mixture into slightly
larger than golf ball size "balls" and set aside. Whisk
the egg and milk together in a medium size bowl.
Add fish fry to a large bowl. Roll the Red Beans & Rice
balls in the fish fry until they are entirely covered,
then dip each ball in the egg wash coating completely,
andrepeat with a final layer of fish fry. Pre-heat the cooking
oil to 375 degrees. Carefully drop the prepared "balls"
into the heated cooking oil one at a time and fry for
approximately 4 � minutes or until golden brown.

3 T mayo
1 T ketchup
1 T mustard
Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Seasoning to taste
