Rev. Erin E. King has been an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ for the past 22 years. She graduated from Andover Newton Theological School in Newton Massachusetts in 1994. She lived overseas in Tokyo, Japan for 8 years from 1986-1990, 1995-1999.
Erin has been a board-certified chaplain in healthcare and hospice for 20 years and she was the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation at College Avenue UCC in Modesto, CA from 2019-2023. She is a certified Spiritual Director, as well as an experienced grief/bereavement counselor for children and adults. Erin has a natural gift for teaching. She has been an international teacher and workshop/retreat leader and uses creativity as a spiritual practice. She is a SoulCollage® facilitator, a MARI® teacher, a labyrinth facilitator, and an Intentional Creativity® teacher and guide. Erin tries to embody the Divine Feminine in her ministry. She feels the healing of our society and world is through having more opportunities to experience the Divine Feminine. To that end, Pastor Erin facilitates a monthly Women at the Well for the greater community. Erin enjoys creating mandalas, painting images of the Divine Feminine, gardening, creating sacred space wherever she goes, and playing with her four grandchildren.
