Breslow's Depth Coding Guidelines

CRGC created a new table to help in coding Skin Melanoma Collaborative Stage Site Specific Factor 1 (SSF1) which records the depth of invasion - Breslow Measurement. Some confusion with the millimeter vs. centimeter measurements have been identified and we hope this table will assist registrars in coding this data item correctly.
