Single Sign-On now available for Producers' University.

Already registered with Producers’ University? Good news: You should have direct access now by clicking on Training on the Cignaforbrokers dashboard!

Not yet registered with Producers’ University? Here’s how to activate Single Sign-On:

• Go to cignamedicareproducers.com
• You’ll be directed to the main login page for Producers’ University; on the login pop-up, click on Click here to register.
•  Next, click Retrieve NPN.
• Then, Complete Search by SSN & Last Name and click Use Selected on the appropriate entry.
• Note: If you receive the message “NPN is not found” and are prompted to enter an access code, enter access code csbTraining2025 (case sensitive) in the blank space below NPN.
• Next, complete the registration form, selecting CSB Only (in addition to any other markets that apply to you).
• Finally, you’ll be prompted to create a password.

That’s it! Once you have registered on Producers University, you will be able to access it directly from CignaforBrokers by clicking on Training on the left-hand navigation bar on the dashboard. No login to Producers’ University required.
