MN RETAIN Goal Achieved

MN RETAIN has met their goal of 3200 referrals!

MN RETAIN will complete work with the patients that have been accepted to the study. The study is no longer accepting new patients at this time. Please watch for updates of the program continuing in the next few months.

Thank you to the Fulcrum providers that referred 39 patients with 18 being accepted into the study. This was a great opportunity to work with the state of MN and be a part of this federal study.

Fulcrum is a subrecipient of the MN RETAIN study, in collaboration with the State of MN, supported by the Mayo Clinic, in a multidisciplinary, statewide study supporting injured or ill workers to stay at or return to work. The study is proposing to show the necessity of a return-to-work case manager.

We appreciate your continued partnership!
