For our drawer boxes specifically, the strength of each component has been tested and evaluated to ensure a long and trouble-free lifespan.

Attesting to the strength of our drawer boxes:

• Full four-sided box design of 3/4" thick TFL (thermally fused laminate) material

• 8mm diameter fluted wood dowel pin structural joint connection using PVA glue

• Removable overlay fronts / adjustable for alignment

• Drawer bottom 1/4" thick Grade 220 MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with TFL

• Drawer bottom mechanically captured in groove, PVA glued and stapled to sides

every 4" – out of sight on underside of drawer

• Under heavy side load testing, the drawer side material fails – not the PVA glued joint

• 1/2" thick material remaining from drawer bottom edge and exterior of side. Drawer slide screw insertion does not cause core or surfacing failures.

• Easily passes SEFA drawer mechanical properties testing for strength
