Marcelino Iglesias~Code Specialist, DCA Division of Codes & Standards

Marcel has been involved in Construction Code enforcement for over twenty-five years. As a degreed Civil Engineer, his duties in New Jersey State government have varied from "Plans Examiner" in the Bureau of Construction Project Review to "Code Specialist" in the Code Assistance Unit with the Division of Codes and Standards.  On the national front, Marcel has served at the chairman, vice-chairman and a member of the International Building Code -Structural Development Committee for a number of years in addition to other national

committees.

Doug McCleary~ PE, VP of Technical Services, MaGrann Associates

Mr. McCleery oversees engineering and consulting for residential energy conservation programs and builder/architect clients at MaGrann. He designs HVAC systems for high performing single family and multifamily buildings, as well as cost effective solutions in existing buildings. Doug conducts training related to HVAC system design and installation, energy efficient construction, energy and mechanical codes, and home energy ratings.

Anthony Volpe~President, Volpe Custom Homes

Anthony is a graduate of Fordham University, College of Business Administration, and Founder of a boutique real estate development firm Volpe Construction/ Volpe Custom Homes.  The firm is located in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. and has served as one of North Eastern Bergen County's premier Custom Home Builders for over 20 years.  As President of the firm he has 22 years of building experience and employ's/manages over one hundred sub-contracted and full time trades people.  Under Anthony's guidance the Company has established and maintains a highly respected reputation that has instilled customer loyalty through quality, service, knowledge and experience which remains the foundation of the company's mission.  Anthony and his company are a positive influence in our industry and do so by way of example.  Anthony's company's mission supports the goals and objectives of NAHB, NJBA and BRANNJ.  Anthony holds and has held various industry related positions including board positions as Vice-Chairman of thePalisade Park Zoning Board of Adjustment, Advisory Board Member of Mariners Bank, Bergen County Environmental Commission Liaison, Director of the Builder and Remodelers Association of New Jersey, New Jersey Builders Association Regulations Committee and is a Councilman in the Borough of Haworth.
