California Transportation Commission Chairman Carl Guardino will be a featured speaker at the "Summit at the Summit." He'll provide insight into transportation funding and the status of SB1, the Road Repair & Accountability Act of 2017, and what that means for the asphalt pavement industry. The longtime CTC board member and business executive will provide unique insight into the dynamics of transportation funding in California, and its critical role in the economy, mobility and our quality of life.

Reed Ryan, recently named executive director of the CalAPA-supported Asphalt Pavement Alliance, will bring a national perspective on issues that impact the bottom line of any company in the asphalt pavement industry, including market share threats, environmental initiatives and more. Other presenters will cover CalAPA's exclusive asphalt market forecast, insight on the regulatory environment in California and other insight that is critical for c-suite executives making important strategic decisions about their business.

The "Summit at the Summit" will also have lots of fun, including headliner entertainment from noted standup comic "Chicago" Steve Barkley.
