Dear Church,
At the Last Supper, Jesus extends gracious hospitality to his disciples. He serves them, feeds them, encourages them through personal conversation and then blesses them.
We want to create a similar experience for our church family through a ministry we are calling Lenten Supper Club. Over the next 5 weeks, some of our members are opening up their homes to host your household, serve you a meal and guide encouraging conversation around the table.
And for an extra touch of adventure - your host and your fellow guests will remain anonymous until after you sign up.
How to Participate
Click here or the image above, sign up for the time of your choosing and select the number of seats you need for your everyone attending from your household.
A week before the meal you will receive information identifying the host(s), their address and the menu for the evening.
The purpose of this ministry is to gather around a table, eating together and getting to know one another better. In doing so we will be sharing in the hospitality and love of Jesus Christ, much like that first Last Supper. We hope you will step outside your comfort zone and sign-up. We are saving a seat for you!
Our worship series for Lent '24 is based upon Jesus’ long and intimate dinner conversation with his disciples, found in John 13-17. We will be looking at various promises and instructions Jesus shares in a series entitled “The Last Supper Club”.
Invite a friend to join you on Sundays as we walk with Jesus toward the cross and the indescribable hope that lies beyond.
With hope,
Pastor Nathan
