Scheduling Tips:

Some shops do have specific time frames, requested by the client. Please make sure you complete the shop within the time frame assigned. (For Example: 3rd shift 10:30pm-4:30am)

 

Phone shops, when assigned, please be sure to complete the call within the time zone of the actual location. (For Example: PST, EST, CMT)

 

If you miss the time frame or don't shop during the location's time zone, please do not complete the shop. Give your scheduler a call and send them an email, letting them know in detail what happened. Schedulers are here to help you and they usually can reschedule the shop for you in this situation, instead of cancelling.  

Quality Control Tips:

Please be sure to check the new Alerts on your shopper profile. These alerts include Editor send backs, questions on your report, requests for more detail, etc.
 
If you see a shop back in your assigned shops page, then it was probably sent back from the editor for corrections or more detail. Before re-finalizing the report, please make sure you are making the requested corrections.
  • Make sure you are logging back into the form and updating what is needed. You should not be sending any corrections back to an Editor to do it for you.
