If you ever have questions, our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm PST. Our emails and phone numbers are located on the Contact Us page of our website.
 
If we are not available when you email/call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we are back at our desks. We receive hundreds of emails and calls. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
 
Shop Postings
We post new shops on the board around the 15th of every month. Keep in mind some are posted throughout the month, depending on when the client wants them specifically posted. We do suggest to check the site often so you don't miss out on any opportunities.
 
Email Notifications
When we send bulk emails, we sometimes will send them to the entire state to reach people who are possibly traveling.
 
We minimize what we put in our emails and direct you to our website{s} for full information, for two main reasons:
 
1} A lot of the information is confidential, unless you are officially assigned.
2} We minimize information so we are not marked as "spam".
 
iSecretShop Profile Settings:
If you want to receive ISS emails notifying you of our available shops, make sure "Email Notifications of Available Shops" is enabled/turned on.
 
If you are interested in getting ISS mobile notifications while passing by a shop in the area, you would have to have the iSecretShop app downloaded on your smart phone, with the location and notifications enabled/turned on.
 
Verifying Assigned Shop Business Hours
Unless otherwise noted, always make sure to call the location you are assigned, on the date of your shop, to verify they are in fact open before proceeding. If you have any issues verifying their hours, please contact our Scheduling Department so they can help you in determining how to proceed.

Scheduling Tips

1} Before requesting a shop, please make sure you pay close attention to the overview provided and make sure you meet all requirements or are comfortable with the details.
 
2} When officially assigned, please make sure you review your entire form carefully as there are very important tips/notes provided to you, so that your shop is evaluated exactly how the client wants.
 
3} The system is programmed to send you an email when you are assigned but it may not make it to your inbox for various reason. Whether you do or don't receive one, it is always your responsibility to make sure you log into the site and review full information on each evaluation, every single time you are assigned.  

Quality Control Tips

1} Do not take photos of the associates inside the stores, unless this is a something the client has specifically asked for. It's too obvious and you do not want to do anything to bring extra attention to yourself.
 
2} Please do not complain about the form in a report. Such as how long it is, or that you do not see the reason for a question. Please know that each form is built specifically for the client and they approve it before it goes into use.
 
3} Do not mention past shops you have done at a location, store, etc. For example, do not say "I like this visit much more than the one I did last time."  Each visit should be taken on with a clear, no prior judgements type of mind-set.
