Scheduling Tips
Please keep in mind we do have different types of shops that require phone calls.
A recorded phone call requires you to call a specific number given to you in order for the call to be recorded. It's important that you look over the guidelines as soon as you are assigned to identify this number (so it attaches to the correct shop). If you cannot locate this number, please let us know and we will be glad to help you.
Phone calls with no recording. These are more common and usually require you to call the location beforehand. The call is usually only for shoppers to call and make sure the location assigned is open.
The second type of not recorded phone calls will give you a specific phone number to call. This is to make sure you are calling the correct location. This type of shop will require you to ask the associate specific questions on products, etc. These types of shops, will have its own section on the form, make sure to go over it before placing the call.
It is always important that you get the name of the associate on the phone. If for some reason, they do not provide it, please make sure you do ask for it at the end of the call discreetly.
Audio Recorded shops
When completing any of our audio recorded shops please make sure your device is fully capable of audio recording the whole interaction.
If the recording stops half way, it's completely mute, or you forget to audio record the shop it will not be accepted.
