Historical Tidbit:

Transportation in the early 1900's
In the early 1900s, an East Bridgewater resident would walk, bicycle, take a horse, train or trolley. The trains and trolleys made it easy to get to the many industries and mills in East Bridgewater and surrounding towns. On Sunday afternoons, many families would travel on them to the ocean or nearby lakes and parks.

Shine Your Light

"Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is Enlightenment." ~ Lao Tzu

“I have a definition of success. For me, it's very simple. It's not about wealth and fame and power. It's about how many shining eyes I have around me.” ~ Benjamin Zander

“It is impossible for light not to get noticed, especially in the dark.” ~ Matshona Dhliwayo

“As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson
When we know ourselves, and shine our own light, that glow spreads.

Shine bright! ~ Jacquie
