Please do not park in the Door C parking lot on Sundays. Use the main lot or along the fence line on the east side of the lot in front of Door G. One of our partner churches uses Door C to get to the Mission Chapel during our parking lot service, so we need to save those parking spots for them. Thank you for your cooperation.
Come join us!
10am Parking Lot Worship

Join Shepherd’s Contemplative RunWalk Club

Are you an avid walker or runner or would you like to be? Have you found contemplative practices that have you sitting still challenging? Do you feel God when you are outside?
Do any of these questions relate to you or intrigue you as something you would like to explore? Inspired by the Contemplative Practices being spoken of in worship, conversations with other members, and a love for running, Shepherd Member Anne Caldow is starting a Shepherd Contemplative RunWalk Club through the Strava App. Access the app/club via the QR code here or contact Anne at anne.caldow@outlook.com
This Club will engage through the App in many ways. First with weekly quotes inspired by the sermon or other reflective mantra that connects us to our faith as an inspiration to focus on while walking or running as a contemplative practice. A space to share your runs and walks through maps, photos, and thoughts. Group runs and gatherings are also a possibility and could be set up by anyone in the group on an as desired basis. We would love to have you join in this contemplative way to connect with God, our movement and the world around us.

During our 10:00 a.m. service children ages 3yr old through 5th grade step out of service after the children’s message to dive into the stories that dwell at the core of Christian understanding. We use tools like crafts, games, stories, and other aids that play to the different learning styles.
