"Based around a design for a Japanese toolbox this saw till will hang on the wall or (with a few additions) become the perfect carry case for your most prized possessions when you’re out on the road.

"The brief I received from @badaxe6 went something like this - a saw related project that’s heavy on saw techniques that can be flat packed for shipping and built in 4 x 1/2 day sessions.

"So that’s three ✔️ then.

This one is a rough sample made from southern yellow pine - yours will be much nicer -

maple and cherry, probably.
