Today is World Hypertension Day!
We want to share some success stories from the Hypertension Case-Finding Service kindly provided to us by pharmacies in West Yorkshire!
Through the Hypertension Case-Finding Service, community pharmacies have been a significant contributor to West Yorkshire ICB being the eighth fastest ICB to recover compared to the pre-COVID position, for the percentage of people with diagnosed high BP but with a normal BP (<140/90 mmHg) over the last 12 months.
