As the Jewish year 5781 comes to a close, it is essential to find time to reflect, even amidst the back-to-school frenzy, continued pandemic hardships, and everything else going on. Take the time to check in with your family, friends, and neighbors. I am fortunate to work with an organization that supports the need for social services, including mental health in many significant ways. Our Behavioral Health Associates of Broward (BHAB) services continue to evolve to assist our community.
As I always say:
"Live every day like it's your birthday and every night like it's New Year's Eve."
As we usher in the High Holidays, let's focus on the positives and embrace gratitude for what we have. I wish you and to your loved ones a Shana Tovah.
Keep sharing the GOOD,
