MAKE IT EASY TO SHARE YOUR EXHIBITOR DETAILS

We’re creating free custom graphics just for you to help spread the word that you’re exhibiting at the 2024 IEEE PES T&D Conference and Exposition. All we need is for you to upload your logo into the Exhibitor Hub and we’ll take care of the rest. Follow these quick 4 steps to upload your logo: 

• Step 1: Login to your Exhibitor Portal 
• Step 2: Navigate to the Exhibitor Hub  
• Step 3: Click the 3-dot menu located on the cover banner top-right corner.
• Step 4: Click “Add Photo” to upload the Company Logo Image that will also display on your exhibitor listing

Tip: The recommended company logo image size is 360x360 pixels

Sign up for our last 1-hour Q&A "Ask Us Hour" webinar. Each webinar includes a representative from the IEEE PES T&D Exhibits Team, Freeman, Marketing and the IEEE PES T&D Committee Chair. During the first 10 minutes of each webinar, we will provide an exhibitor update. After that, we will open the floor for questions. This is your opportunity as an exhibitor to ask questions and get answers that will help you make the most of your IEEE PES T&D experience.

1. Update Online Listing via the Exhibitor Hub (1st time logging in - see instructions).
2. Submit or purchase Exhibitor Liability Insurance by 5 April.
3. Register ALL Staff prior to arrival (View badge allotments, types of registrations and more)
4. Place Orders with Freeman - Discount Deadline 4 April
5. Resolve any balance due

If you are looking for an off-site venue, there are several.
