Hello, and welcome to this month's The Eleven, my monthly e-letter. It's going to be a shorter version than usual because it's late and I'm packing for the Oregon Country Fair! This year I'll be helping my friend, Marcia Wiley out in booth L48 - Wileyware! Come visit if you are at the Fair!
I've been a busy beaver lately: getting my Summer classes set up, hiring a friend to help me promote them, and visiting with a lot of friends. I hope your Summer has been great, too.
Once upon a time, Eecole went to grad school at Bastyr University to study nutrition. While there, she met David Ingalls. David has started a company called Zing Bars. They look like this:
| Zing Bars | Around here we call them "food". David asked me to tell you "Zing Bars are one of the only nutrition bars on the market that are both good for you AND taste great. With a nut butter base, added protein and fiber and low glycemic sweeteners, Zing satisfies both your appetite and taste buds. Gluten free, soy free, nonGMO ingredients with no fillers, additives or artificial ingredients. Independently owned and operated by Registered Dietitians. Available at most natural foods stores, including Whole Foods, New Seasons, Sprouts, Market of Choice and Zupans."
I am a big Zing Bar fan! |
