Countdown to the Gala Of Dreams | In-Person Tickets almost Sold Out
This year’s event will be both in-person and virtual so everyone can attend, have fun, and support Birthday Dreams. The in-person event will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton (special discounts for rooms are available for attendees). The in-person event is almost sold out. Please contact Jarod@birthdaydreams.org to get on the waiting list if it sells out before you get your tickets.
Virtual attendees will be treated to a unique livestreamed experience that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own space. Our virtual auction system will allow you to bid on auction items just as our in-person guests in live time.
The event will feature a silent auction, live auction, fund-a-need, dessert dash, and raffle – as well as some terrific speakers sharing their own Birthday Dreams’ experiences. It promises to be a night to remember, and we hope to see you there!

Baby's first birthday, double digits, Quinceanera, sweet 16 and the transition from child to adult (18). All birthdays are special but milestone birthday are especially memorable for parents and children alike. Recently, Birthday Dreams was able to help a mother, who was living in a shelter with her soon to be 16-year old, ensure her son was celebrated as he deserved to be. In her feedback to Birthday Dreams she wrote:
"This was a trying time for [my child] becoming 16 and living in the shelter, but after receiving gifts and a cake he was pretty excited. I saw a smile when he opened the gifts up." The mother described the gifts as "very meaningful" and "special."
It is always an honor to be a part of putting a smile on someone's face.

Local Genie Golf Tournament Supports Birthday Dreams
Birthday Dreams was honored to be selected as the benefitting nonprofit organization for this year’s Annual Genie Supervisor Golf Tournament at the Snoqualmie Falls Golf Course.
The tournament started around 20 years ago as a way to recognize the Genie Company’s shop floor supervisors in Redmond and Moses Lake and has grown to include team members company wide. This year, the Tournament featured both Seahawks and Kraken tickets for the raffle, sales of the raffle tickets benefitted Birthday Dreams!
Team member donations totaled $3,700 and the Genie Company provided an additional $1,000 for a total of $4,700 dollars donated to Birthday Dreams! This was a record high fundraising effort by the Genie team in over 20 years of the golf tournament!
Our thanks to the entire Genie team. And a special thank you to our Board member, Christine Zeznick who connected Birthday Dreams with the Genie Company.
