Reminder to email attendance@stpeterjc.org if your child will be absent or late due to illness, vacation, and/or doctor's appointments. It is preferred to receive these emails before official attendance is taken at 8AM. Also, no school Friday, September 30th for a Diocesan Professional Development Day.
Please have your child(ren) check the Lost & Found. There is a shelf located in the hallway outside of the cafeteria/ASC desk and a blue cabinet across the hallway from the 4th grade classrooms. Be sure to label your items including water bottles, fleeces, and crewnecks.
This year the Art Classroom is inviting families to participate in Artsonia. This is a free, private, parent/teacher controlled Online Art Portfolio for students. Artsonia makes our Art program accessible to our St. Peter Catholic School community through sharing Artwork digitally. Please be on the lookout for an email from Ms. Thurman inviting you to connect with your students' Art portfolio once their first project is uploaded.

- Wake up at a good time so as not to be rushed.
- Eat a healthy breakfast.
- Arrive on time to school.
- Stay home if you feel sick (make-ups will take place the following week).
- Encourage your student(s) to do their best, but don't stress.
- Pray with your child(ren) in confidence, and remind him/her that testing is just one part of their total education
- Please contact Mrs. Garner at 636-8922 ext 327 if you have questions.

The Central Missouri Honor Flight is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America’s veterans for all of their sacrifices. The group transports our heroes from throughout Central Missouri to Washington D.C., to visit and reflect at their memorials at no cost to them. The Central Missouri Honor Flight is funded by donations from individuals, organizations and businesses.
St. Peter Catholic School will be raising funds to help send veterans on the next Honor Flight with the purchase of a special spirit wear shirt. A portion of each shirt sold will be donated to the Central Missouri Honor Flight on Veterans Day. This spirit wear shirt is not just for St. Peter Catholic School families; please feel free to share the link with friends and family. The order deadline is October 21st in hopes that shirts will be available to wear for Veterans Day, November 11th.

St. Peter Church has entered the mobile age with a new app designed just for St. Peter Parish! The app works on iPhones or Android phones.
You can download the link by scanning the QR code.
This new app will allow you to access your profile, ministry groups, upcoming events, make donations online or pay for Mass intentions, candles, etc. You will be able to keep track of your giving, see your giving history at a glance, and make changes.
You will also be able to update your contact information yourself. You will no longer have to call the Parish Office to have your email, phone or address updated when a change occurs.
We are very excited to launch this new method to keep you up-to-date with St. Peter Parish. As you utilize the new app, we ask that you send suggestions, comments and questions to our Communications Director, Kathleen Lavery at communications@saintpeterjc.org.
