TLP: How did you get into property management?
Erin: M any of us in Property Management end up so by chance. I took my first office job just out of college at Cal State Northridge with a job placement agency. They soon placed me in an administrative role with Tishman at a property in West Los Angeles, introducing me to the dynamic world of commercial management. The rest is history.
TLP: What do you love about your job?
Erin: The diversity of the position is

what I like most. There are always new challenges and it's rewarding to find resolutions.
TLP: How do you feel about filming at Corporate Pointe at West Hills?
Erin: The filming benefit is welcome. The revenue is helpful when occupancy is slightly lower and a bonus when it's high. We've had great success in filming and have bragging rights that our asset was used by The Location Portal and Hungry Man Productions for the famous Geico Hump Day commercial.
TLP: What do you do when you're not working?
Erin:  I enjoy spending time with my new husband, our grown kids and their significant others, and our large circle of friends. Our social gatherings are frequent and often involve wine and spirits!
