Fill Up on Fruits and Veggies
Did you know that fruits and vegetables are recognized with their own month? September is "Fruits and Vegetables More Matters" Month. Since this is a great time of year for harvesting fruits and vegetables, why not add more and new foods to your weekly intake.
If you enjoy fruits and vegetables but worry about being able to eat them before they go bad, the More Matters campaign has some helpful ideas for storage.

Now is the Time to Quit Smoking
Head into the holiday season free of your addiction to tobacco. Along with on-line and phone based programs, the Wellness Program sponsors on-site Tobacco Cessation classes throughout the year.

Become SPARTANFit!
This Fall, CWRU Athletics offers SpartanFit, THREE weekly classes all semester for only $20 for CWRU faculty and staff. Classes will be Monday (Turbo Kick), Wednesday (PiYo) and Thursday (Turbo Kick) from 5:30p-6:30p in the Multi-Purpose Room in the Veale Rec Center. 
 
Monday and Thursday clas ses begin on September 12 and run through Thursday December 1*.
Wednesday classes start October 5.
*There will be no classes the week of Fall Break or the week of Thanksgiving Break.
No need to pre-register, contact Kristin with questions.
