A service within Self-Directed budgets,Individual Directed Goods and Services (IDGS)offers the ability to purchase consultant clinical services. OPWDD follows rates of reimbursement for these services set by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. These rates have recently changed.
Effective immediately, the 2024 rate of reimbursement for Clinician Services is as follows:
Old Rate
Social Workers, All other - $50.47
OT (Indirect Clinician, Hippo, Aquatic therapies) or - $63.41
Please note: If you use these services and are interested in increasing the rate for your provider, reach out to your broker to complete the Vendor Agreement and budget amendment.
