Seeing Green

I am sure you are as excited as we are this March to see GREEN on the landscape! Shades and shapes of green are emerging where the eye can spy. Glimpses of spring are more frequent - sprouts, bluebirds, buds, to name a few, are showing us the presence of spring is right on the cusp. Hold on a bit more, and spring will take hold soon with fragrance and grace. Until then, celebrate the changing of the seasons, women, nature observations, a good book, a good find, and much more this March.

Sincerely,

WPNR Roots for Women

Women Rock

We are celebrating WOMEN in March at WPNR! Can you be the lucky lady to find a special rock with an uplifting message? Hit the trails, it is good for your heart and mind. Be sure to keep your eyes open for a fun find. Enjoy, share, and spread kindness today and everyday. Let nature be your guide.

Get Your Green Thumb On

WPNR is a proud member of the Seed Savers Exchange.  One of the largest nongovernmental seed banks in the United States, this nonprofit organization preserves heirloom plant varieties through regeneration, distribution, and seed exchange. As contributors, we maintain a large collection of seeds from our gardens that we share and receive through this program. Visit the Learning Center Barn and our wild spaces to learn more about the seeds that might be right for your growing needs.

#GOHOHO a Success

She believed she could, so she did!

It may have taken a bit longer to find the treasures - but what a hunt indeed! Our very own Beth Bollinger spent countless hours to find the last of our Hunt of Holiday Opulence treasures. The rain, snow, cold, or wind didn't stop her from exploring. She put her super sleuth skills to work and it paid off - she helped us complete the hunt. A spring celebration is on the horizon!
