Ingersoll Live is a free, family-friendly “block party” along Ingersoll Avenue featuring live music, art, food and entertainment. This annual event gives local organizations, businesses and neighbors an opportunity to connect and celebrate! Bring the kids and enjoy inflatables, and activities for kids, arts and crafts for browsing and buying, food and beverage vendors, street performances, and much more! This year, look for 3-D Chalk Artist, Kathleen Roling, at work. Kathleen is a Des Moines native who travels the world performing her exciting chalk art. She won the Grand Championship in the professional bracket in the 2016 Kewanee Chalk Art Festival in Illinois with the colorful 3D art piece "Koi Pond".
