Thank you for your commitment to nurturing

resilience in kids and youth!

Hello Psychology,

We have had an incredible year! Thanks to our vast network of supporters, we are able to ensure that children and youth have access to our crucial resilience-building programs during this critical time. We are evolving in many ways by continuing to deliver our programs through our childcaring partners, developing new programs and resources that children and parents can access directly, and forging incredible new provincial and community partnerships.

18th Annual Breakfast for Champions: a success!

Check out the Breakfast Photo Album

On December 1st we held our first Breakfast for Champions in person after two years of hosting the event online and it was a success! You can watch the recording of the event and hear from a special guest RBC Olympian Bismark Boateng, leading Canadian psychologist Dr. Rebecca Pillai Riddell, and YTV’s Spencer. Together, they shared optimism and coping strategies, to help us not just fly but soar. Thank you to our sponsors, donors, and volunteers for your continued support.
