AND OTHER IMPORTANT UPDATES

We are sending the September e-newsletter out a few days earlier than normal.

First, thank you for putting up with our crazy August schedule! The good part is that our Summer Sale/Christmas in July sale on Cabochons, Beads, and More (link below) lasted until almost the end of August.

Now on to why the September email went out early - Our schedule has changed! We have added a show in Augusta Maine (8/31-9/1) and we will no longer be at the show in Harrisburg Pennsylvania (9/28-29). Additional shows are in Fryeburg Maine (9/7-8) and Poughkeepsie New York (9/21-22).

We will be traveling 4 to 10 days for each show so customer service, drilling, and shipping will be impacted. However, the impacts will be more sporadic than in August. Please see the Travel Impact/E-Newsletter section of your invoice for more information.

Additionally, our LIVE shows will impacted. Our Events tab on Facebook and our online calendar on our website (links below) have been updated with our August and September LIVE events.

A LOOK AHEAD TO OCTOBER - We will be at shows in Lancaster New Hampshire (10/12-13), Bristol Connecticut (10/19-20), and Cranston Rhode Island (10/26-27).

A LOOK AHEAD TO NOVEMBER - We will be at shows in Brewer Maine (11/2-3), Ansonia Connecticut (11/9-10), and Worcester Massachusetts (11/23-24).

LIVE SHOW TEXT REMINDERS - Want a reminder text for our LIVE shows? You can opt in by signing up here or texting JOIN to 207-769-5272. We are only using text messaging for LIVE show reminders.

INVOICE DUE DATES - Invoices are due seven days from when they are sent. If you are still shopping, they can be kept open for up to 30 days. Weekly reminders will be sent and a final reminder will be sent at 30 days past due. If not paid per the final reminder the order will be canceled.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE - We do not insure packages of less than $300. If you want to add insurance, please use the tipping option on your invoice. For more information, you can read our blog post here.

PERSONAL SHOPPING - Did you know we offer personal shopping services? If you're in search of a particular cab, a cool carving, a pretty pendant, or anything else that we sell, simply reach out to us and we'll gladly provide you with pictures and/or videos.

Online orders are subject to MAINE SALES TAX. If you have a resellers certificate or whatever your state calls it (different from a federal EIN) and you haven’t sent us a copy, please email it to seasidestoneseastport@gmail.com.
