Once again it is Christmas in July! You'll see special sale posts on Cabochons, Beads, and More (link below) and we will have special cab LIVE shows.

We will be on the road for our next two gem and mineral shows. The shows are in Syracuse New York and Essex Junction (Burlington area) Vermont. We will be traveling for a little over two weeks. Customer service, drilling, and shipping will be impacted. Also, our LIVE shows will be somewhat limited this month. We have scheduled some and may surprise you with additional ad hoc events.

As a reminder:

We launched text message reminders for our LIVE shows. We send a text message 30-60 minutes before each of our LIVE shows letting you know that we are going live and where the show will be. We invite you to opt into these notifications by signing up here or texting JOIN to 207-769-5272. We are only using text messaging for LIVE show reminders. If you sign up, you may receive up io three text messages a week (if we have three LIVE shows that week).

We do not insure packages of less than $300. If you want to add insurance, please use the tipping option on your invoice. You can read more about why we are offering optional insurance here. Other "reminder" topics are below in the Remember section.

What else is in store for July?

Our Events tab on Facebook and our online calendar on our website (link below) have been updated with our July LIVE events. We hope to do one or two ad-hoc LIVE events while we are on the road.

We hope to resume posting items on our Facebook rock groups and our website!

A LOOK AHEAD TO AUGUST - We will be at shows in West Springfield Massachusetts (8/9-11), Lebanon Pennsylvania (8/16-18), and Concord New Hampshire (8/24-25).

A LOOK AHEAD TO SEPTEMBER - We will be at shows in Fryeburg Maine (9/7-8), Poughkeepsie New York (9/21-22), and Harrisburg Pennsylvania (9/28-29).

INVOICE DUE DATES - Invoices are due seven days from when they are sent. If you are still shopping, they can be kept open for up to 30 days. Weekly reminders will be sent and a final reminder will be sent at 30 days past due. If not paid per the final reminder the order will be canceled.

PERSONAL SHOPPING - Did you know we offer personal shopping services? If you're in search of a particular cab, a cool carving, a pretty pendant, or anything else that we sell, simply reach out to us and we'll gladly provide you with pictures and/or videos.

Online orders are subject to MAINE SALES TAX. If you have a resellers certificate or whatever your state calls it (different from a federal EIN) and you haven’t sent us a copy, please email it to seasidestoneseastport@gmail.com.
