Ludowici Spanish tile roof

Hello! With overwhelming demand, I am finding myself short on various tile and slate profiles. Today, I am searching for reclaimed or new Ludowici 13-1/4” Spanish field tile and trim accessories. If you have any of the below available, please let me know right away. I am interested in buying. Thank you in advance.

As we have settled into the “new normal” of increased costs, extend lead times, and no longer available products of this industry, I recommend the following to help mitigate potential issues: 

• QUOTING – Make sure before you sell your job, request an updated quote (14 days and older).

• SOLD JOBS – Ensure you contact me immediate to secure your tile/slate materials.

• FUTURE PLANNING – Many of my clients, as well as yours, are accustomed to “on demand Materials”. As such, this drives costs up. Discuss with your clients about proper future planning and extended lead times.



• ALTERNATIVES – In some instances, our respective clients are receptive to alternative products (reclaimed versus new or concrete tile versus clay tile).
