RBC Heritage Tournament Information & Reminders


Heritage Trolley Map and Schedule

The Sea Pines Trolley will provide trolley service to the RBC Heritage tournament from Monday, April 15th through Sunday, April 21st from 7am to 10pm. View/download the 2024 RBC Heritage trolley map and schedule here.


Decals & ID Card Requests on Temporary Hold 4/12 - 4/21

Due to staffing capacity during the week of the RBC Heritage, Sea Pines CSA will temporarily stop taking and processing requests for Vehicle Decals & Property Owner/ Dependent ID Cards from Friday, April 12th through Sunday, April 21st. During this time frame, if you require a property owner vehicle pass, please contact our pass office at 843.671.7277 or request a pass for pickup via the online pass request system. 


Sea Pines Community Center Closed; No Entry Allowed 4/6-4/22

The Sea Pines Community Center, located at 71 Lighthouse Road Suite #120, will be closed from Saturday, April 6th through Monday, April 22nd as it is serving as the Sea Pines Security Command Center during the RBC Heritage Tournament.


The Sea Pines CSA office hours are extended to facilitate the distribution of Heritage Hangtags from Saturday, April 13th through Sunday April 21st as follows:

  • Saturday, April 13th: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 14th: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Monday, April 15th - Friday, April 19th: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday, April 20th: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 21st: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

RBC Heritage Hangtag Distribution Information


Only the road names listed here will have restricted access during the RBC Heritage Tournament (April 15-21). The Security Checkpoints will be manned starting at 6:00 am each day until the end of tournament play. To view a map of the Security Checkpoints click here. If you reside in a restricted area, a Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. Hangtag requests are available online only at seapinesliving.com/hangtags.

Important Hangtag Reminders:

  • Each property is issued a certain number of hangtags that varies depending upon the Sea Pines location. Only one request per household accepted.
  • Hangtags will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Please be prepared to show your property owner ID card or driver’s license when picking up your hangtag(s).
  • Hangtags cannot be mailed. Owners that are unable to physically pick up their hangtags from the Sea Pines CSA Office can authorize someone else to do so by providing the designated person's details on the Heritage Hangtag request form when instructed.

Sea Pines CSA Annual Meeting Information

The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm via live webinar. 

 

Proxy Delivery Information: To ensure a quorum is established for the meeting, proxies were distributed to Sea Pines CSA members in good standing as of the March 8, 2024, date of record. Electronic proxies were emailed on April 1, 2024, to the primary contact email on file, while paper proxies were mailed to primary contacts without a registered email address. South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project

  • Paving operations and crosswalk stamping along South Sea Pines Drive from Baynard Cove Road to Gadwall Road, has been completed. Crews will return after the necessary curing period to complete permanent line stripping and install roadway reflectors.
  • Site clean up and restoration is in progress.


Project work will not take place from April 15-April 21 due to the RBC Heritage Tournament.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Payment Reminder


As of April 8, 2024, property owners with outstanding balances have had their guest pass and rental guest pass privileges suspended.

 

If you need a copy of your invoice and/or instructions on how to pay your balance, please e-mail Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have submitted their payments timely.

Deep Well Community Donation Event: Friday, April 12 from 9:00-11:00 AM at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Road). Click here for more information.

Explore Your Forest Preserve: Beginner Bird Walk; Friday, April 19 from 8:00-10:00 AM: Join Master Naturalists Mary Ellen Blankenship, Jack Coleman, and Bob Speare for a two-hour walk through the Forest Preserve to see, hear, and learn about some of the birds who call this amazing habitat their home. This event is free, but you must register HERE for a ticket. There is a limit of 24 people per bird walk.


Community Shredding Event: Thursday, April 25 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Road). This event is open to all property owners on a first come, first-serve basis. Click here for more information.
