Tower Beach Boardwalk Repairs Update

Repairs to Boardwalk #13 to reestablish beach access for wheelchairs and visitors with limited mobility have been completed and the boardwalk is now open for use. Boardwalk #13 shown from beach erosion to final repairs in pictures above.


On Monday, March 18th, repair work will begin on Boardwalk #14, weather permitting. The boardwalk will be closed for approximately 1-2 weeks to complete these repairs.

RBC Heritage Information for Property Owners

RBC Heritage Hangtag Distribution Information: Only the road names listed here will have restricted access during the RBC Heritage Tournament (April 15-21). If you reside in a restricted area, a Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. Hangtag requests are available online only at seapinesliving.com/hangtags.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Payment Reminder


Late fees were applied to unpaid balances on February 15, 2024. To avoid additional delinquent charges, please submit your payment promptly. If you require a copy of your invoice or instructions on how to pay your assessment, please email Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com.


For property owners with outstanding balances on March 31, 2024, your guest pass and rental guest pass privileges will be suspended. We extend our gratitude to property owners who have promptly submitted their payments.

South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project

Major roadway and leisure trail construction along South Sea Pines Drive from Baynard Cove to Gadwall Road in progress:

  • Stormwater drainage construction in progress between Merganser Court and Pintail Court.
  • Roadway realignment along South Sea Pines Drive is complete.
  • Leisure trail improvements including alignment, construction, and paving operations are in progress.
  • Roadway milling operations and temporary roadway stripping to begin next week, weather permitting.


Expect heavy traffic delays, detours and leisure trail closures. Maintenance Projects & Services

Roadway Asphalt Repairs in Progress: Along Planters Wood Court, Water Oak Drive, Mizzenmast Lane, Gunnery Lane, Willow Oak Road.


Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs in Progress: Along Plantation Drive between Lighthouse Road and the Stoney Baynard Ruins; Baynard Cove Road near Red Oak Road and near Turnberry Lane.


Stormwater Maintenance: Line jetting along Greenwood Drive near Willow Oak Road and then near Loblolly Road will begin next week. Ditch repair near 365 Greenwood Drive and along Greenwood Drive near Magnolia Crescent Road will begin next week.


Tree Care Management: Annual tree trimming along Sea Pines CSA-managed Beachwalks is in progress and will continue through next week.

Sea Pines CSA Landscape Debris Pickup Site Regulations

The dumping of trash or garbage of any kind, such as paper, plastic, metal, concrete, building materials, food waste, or pet waste at Sea Pines CSA landscape debris pickup sites is strictly prohibited. Inappropriate disposal is a violation of law regarding littering, garbage, and trash, and/or health and sanitation and subject the Owner to fines. Parking Reminder for the St. Patrick's Day Parade


If you plan to attend the Hilton Head Island St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday, March 17th, please do not park along the roadside inside of Sea Pines or along the roadway on Greenwood Drive. Parking will be available at Lot # 1 off of Greenwood Drive near the Greenwood Gate. During the parade, heavy traffic and delays should be expected. For parade details, please click here.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve Party in the Pines Event will take place Saturday, April 6th, from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
