UPDATES ON CURRENT CAPITAL PROJECTS

South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: Major stormwater drainage work along South Sea Pines Drive from Baynard Cove Road to Gadwall Road is in progress (pictured).


Beginning the week of February 12, 2024, weather permitting, heavy roadway and leisure trail demolition and reconstruction is planned to begin along South Sea Pines Drive. MAINTENANCE PROJECT & SERVICE UPDATES

The Restrooms at Tower Beach will be Closed for Floor Resurfacing from Thursday, February 15 through Friday, February 16. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience during this time.

Roadway Asphalt Repairs along Plantation Drive between Greenwood Drive and Lighthouse Road continued this week (pictured). Next week, asphalt repairs will continue along Lighthouse Road near Gleneagle lane followed by Planters Wood Drive, and Black Skimmer Lane. Intermittent lane closures and flagging operations will be in place. Please use caution while driving in these areas.


Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs along Plantation Drive between Lighthouse Road and the Stoney Baynard Ruins area will begin next week.


Tree Care Management: Tree trimming along the lagoon behind Windjammer Court and Mizzenmast Lane will begin next week followed by the lagoons off of Lawton Road.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Payment Reminder

2024 Annual Assessment Statements were recently sent out to property owners who had an outstanding balance on their account as of January 31st. These statements were sent to the primary email address on record from the following email address: csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com. In the case of property owners who did not have an email address on file, the statements were mailed via USPS. To avoid late fees and interest charges, please promptly remit your payment.

Explore Your Forest Preserve Program: Beginner Bird Walks

Friday, February 8th from 8:00-10:00 AM: Join Master Naturalists Mary Ellen Blankenship and Bob Speare for a leisurely two-hour walk through the Forest Preserve to see, hear, and learn about some of the birds who call this amazing habitat their home. This event is free, but you must register HERE for a ticket. There is a limit of 24 people per bird walk. For questions about the event, please contact David Henderson at wildlife@csaseapines.com.

Preparations are underway for the 56th RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing. South Carolina’s signature PGA TOUR golf tournament is set for April 15-21, 2024, at Harbour Town Golf Links in Sea Pines. Keep an eye out in early March for an email update from Sea Pines CSA regarding Heritage hangtags, trolley schedules, and more helpful information.
