Class "B" Commercial Representative Announced:
- Don Sigmon has been elected to the Commercial Class "B" Director seat for the Sea Pines CSA Board.
Congratulations are extended to the newly elected directors of the Sea Pines CSA Board. Their three-year terms will begin on January 1, 2024. Thank you to all the candidates that participated in this year's election as well as all of those property owners who cast their vote.

The 2024 Annual Assessment invoices were emailed on November 28th from the email address csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com and also mailed out via USPS on November 22nd to the primary contact on record with Sea Pines CSA. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Online 2024 Annual Vehicle Decal Renewal Applications Now Available for the Following: Relative, Employee, Hilton Head Prep, Long Term Renter, Non-Resident, Island Resident, TidePointe Resident, Sea Pines Country Club Member, Harbour Town Yacht Club Member, Six Oaks Cemetery, and Heritage Classic Foundation Trustee
PLEASE NOTE- PROPERTY OWNER VEHICLE DECALS DO NOT EXPIRE ANNUALLY AND DO NOT NEED TO BE RENEWED AT THIS TIME.
2024 Annual Vehicle Decals will be required for entry into Sea Pines by Monday, January 29, 2024. To apply for a 2024 Annual Vehicle Decal to access Sea Pines, please visit www.seapinesliving.com/request.

Otter Road and Fawn Lane Survey Work to Begin Next Week
Survey and engineering work for future stormwater infrastructure improvements and roadway repairs along Otter Road and Fawn Lane will begin the week of December 11th. Survey work will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Traffic impacts are not expected.

Heritage Woods Leisure Trail Repair and Construction Project Update | |
|
This week, Sea Pines CSA’s contractors began repair and construction work on the Heritage Woods Leisure Trail from Heritage Court to Old Military Road. Weather permitting, project work is expected to take approximately 1 week to complete.
Leisure trail users are encouraged to avoid the project area during this time, as cyclists will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the work zone.

South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: Major stormwater drainage work along South Sea Pines Drive from Audubon Pond Road to Gadwall Road is in progress and is scheduled to continue over the next few weeks. | |
- Project work includes stormwater drain pipe excavation and replacement, asphalt milling, and temporary roadway paving repairs.
- Due to the nature of major infrastructure improvement work, unplanned water and or utility outages in the work zone may occur.
- Well-pointing and dewatering operations (lowering groundwater levels to provide more stable working conditions) will be in place.

- Roadway asphalt repairs along Lighthouse Road, near Lighthouse Lane, are in progress and will continue through next week.
Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs
- Leisure trail repairs along Governors Road, near Oak Court, are in progress and will continue through next week.
Tree Care Management
- Roadway tree trimming over North Sea Pines Drive is in progress and will continue through next week.
Stormwater Maintenance
- Ditch cleanout behind Planters Woods Drive will begin next week.

Amendment to Sea Pines CSA Community Standards Rules and Regulations
At their November 14, 2023 meeting, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors approved an amendment to the Sea Pines CSA Community Standards Rules and Regulations, which was recommended by the Community Infrastructure Maintenance and Standards Committee.

Explore Your Forest Preserve Program: Beginner Bird Walks | |
Friday, December 22nd from 8:00-10:00 AM
Join Master Naturalists Mary Ellen Blankenship and Bob Speare for a leisurely two-hour walk through the Forest Preserve to see, hear, and learn about some of the birds who call this amazing habitat their home. This event is free, but you must register HERE for a ticket. There is a limit of 24 people per bird walk.

Six Oaks Cemetery: Wreaths Across America | |

Six Oaks Cemetery will be honoring our veterans this Christmas during their fourteenth annual Wreaths Across America ceremony. You are cordially invited to attend the ceremony, which will be held outside, on Saturday, December 16th at noon.
The cost to sponsor a wreath is $15. For every two wreaths purchased, Wreaths Across America will donate an additional wreath for free. Please send your tax-deductible contribution made payable to:
