Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction Reminder

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following days: Thanksgiving Day, The Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping, and deliveries to commercial entities. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security Dispatch at 843.671.7170.

Sea Pines Trolley New Year's Eve Schedule

The Sea Pines Trolley will run on Sunday, December 31st from 4:00 PM -1:00 AM.

Holiday Safety Reminders



• The use of personal fireworks and paper lanterns in Sea Pines is strictly prohibited and enforced. To report any issues with fireworks within the community, please contact Sea Pines Security by phone at 843.671.7170.
• Remove the opportunity for theft by securing your vehicles (lock your doors and roll up your windows) and removing personal belongings from plain view when leaving vehicles unattended.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Billing Reminder

The 2024 Annual Assessment invoices were emailed on November 28th from the email address csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com and also mailed out via USPS on November 22nd to the primary contact on record with Sea Pines CSA. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

The due date for payment of this assessment is January 12, 2024. To pay your assessment online click here. For questions, please contact our Finance Department by email at traceym@csaseapines.com

Club Course Drive to Greenwood Gate Leisure Trail Surveying in Progress

Survey work for future infrastructure leisure trail enhancements and safety improvements along Club Course Drive from Governors Road to Ivy Road is in progress. Survey work will take approximately 3 more weeks to complete, weather permitting. Traffic impacts are not expected. South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project

Construction and excavation for the installation of a new water line along Lot 4, located off Greenwood Drive (starting near the Sea Pines CSA Office and moving towards Governors Road), is in progress.
