WEATHER ALERT: A Strong Storm System Will Impact the Area Friday into Friday Evening

Timing and Impacts:



• Severe Thunderstorms: Friday afternoon into Friday evening. Wind gusts in excess of 58 mph could damage trees and power lines and result in scattered power outages. Isolated tornadoes possible.
• Winds: Friday afternoon into Friday evening. Winds 20 25 mph with gusts of 30 40 mph are possible.

Reminder: 2024 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Payments Due Tomorrow

2024 Annual Assessment payments are due FRIDAY, JANUARY 12TH. Please note that payments received after this date will be subject to late fees and interest charges. We extend our sincere appreciation to all property owners who have made their payments on time.

Surveying Work in Progress for the Below Projects:



• Otter Road and Fawn Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project
• Club Course Drive to Greenwood Gate Leisure Trail Infrastructure Project

Heritage Woods Leisure Trail Reconstruction Project Update

Sea Pines CSA’s contractors will begin repair and construction work on the Heritage Woods Leisure Trail from Heritage Court to Old Military Road next week. South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project

Major stormwater drainage work along South Sea Pines Drive from Audubon Pond Road to Gadwall Road is in progress (pictured).

Heavy roadway and leisure trail demolition and reconstruction to begin along South Sea Pines Drive the week of January 22nd. Expect heavy traffic delays and leisure trail closures.

FROM THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Storm preparations are underway, which include lowering lagoon levels throughout the community, securing items at our managed areas, and ensuring Sea Pines CSA drains and outfalls are clear.

Tree Care Management: Leisure trail tree trimming over Greenwood Drive from Fraser Circle to Greenwood Forest is in progress and will continue through next week.

Roadway Maintenance: Roadway asphalt repairs will be conducted next week along Plantation Drive (between Greenwood Drive and Lighthouse Road) and on Lighthouse Road near Gleneagle Lane and near the Fire Station. Intermittent lane closures and flagging operations will be in place. Please use caution while driving in these areas.

Stormwater Repair & Maintenance: Installation of a catch basin near the leisure trail on North Sea Pines Drive, across from 171 North Sea Pines Drive will begin next week.

2024 Annual Vehicle Decals* for Relative, Employee, Hilton Head Prep, Long Term Renter, Non-Resident, Island Resident, TidePointe Resident, Sea Pines Country Club Member, Harbour Town Yacht Club Member, Six Oaks Cemetery, and Heritage Classic Foundation Trustee will be required for entry into Sea Pines by Monday, January 29, 2024. To apply for a 2024 Annual Vehicle Decal, please visit seapinesliving.com/request. Due to high demand, please allow 7-10 business days to complete your request.
