Israel and the Jewish People are at a crucial moment in history. Our political and spiritual leaders in Israel need our help to determine the future of the Jewish State and the soul of the Jewish People.

The World Zionist Organization was founded in 1897 and the World Zionist Congress meets every four years in Jerusalem to define executive policies and to make budget decisions. At stake is an allocation of over $5 million dollars a year for Reform institutions in Israel and the United States and policy decisions that affect Reform Jews in Israel and around the world.

Voting in the World Zionist Organization elections is now OPEN, and you can make your voice heard by voting right now in support of ARZA. ARZA unconditionally supports Israel and champions activities that further Israel as a pluralistic, just and democratic state. By voting for ARZA-Representing Reform Judaism, you're supporting gender equality, religious equality, and peace through a commitment to a two-state solution.

Click the link below to register and vote. All Jewish US residents over the age of 18 (by June 2015) are eligible to vote.

Shabbat at the Movies
Beth Israel Synagogue in Beaufort presents
Au Revoir Les Enfants

French with English subtitles.

A heartbreaking story of friendship and loss concerning two boys living in Nazi-occupied France. At a provincial Catholic boarding school, the precocious youths enjoy true camaraderie - until a secret is revealed. Based on events from writer-director Louis Malle's own childhood, the film is a subtle, precisely observed tale of courage, cowardice and tragic awakening.

Saturday, March 21
4pm
Beth Israel Synagogue
(401 Scott Street, Beaufort SC)
