Angel Tree Ends December 10

The last day for the Angel Tree is Saturday, December 10th. Please stop by MSO and pick up your tag today. Make some of our community kid’s holidays amazing by donating new, unwrapped toys. We also love our fur babies, so we can’t forget them! Tags are also on the tree for items needed for AWSOM, our local animal shelter. Thank you to our wonderful residents who have already donated.

Christmas Tree Lighting

We had over 30 people at the Christmas Tree Lighting and Ornament making on Saturday at our Top of the World Complex. It was a wonderful event, enjoyed by many! We appreciate all the volunteers that helped with this event. Click here for the slideshow

TOW Indoor Pool Closed

Due to safety issues, the TOW indoor pool will remain closed this week. The Mill Pond indoor pool hours are listed below, pending the re-opening of the TOW indoor pool. Please watch for up-to-date information on our OFFICIAL FaceBook page here

Attention SCE Ski Area Season Pass Holders:

Avoid the long lines and update your season pass early! The ski area office will be open on Saturday, December 10th from 10 am-2 pm to update your homeowner ski season passes for only $10. Great for those that own equipment! Amenity fobs will be required for any updates or new passes created.

When Will the Ski Area Open?

Our Ski Area will be open as soon as Mother Nature cooperates, and we can make snow or have a significant natural snow accumulation. What you may not realize is that we need low temperatures and specific conditions to create snow reasonably. We need to consider many factors and watch for future forecasted weather, so we aren’t making snow that will melt the next warm week that follows. We are committed to opening the ski area as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for more details.

Do you know about Pennsylvania’s Yellow Dot Program?

This program was created to assist citizens, who may not be able to communicate with first responders after a traffic accident. Placing the yellow dot decal in the rear window of your vehicle will alert first responders to check the glove compartment for information that may be critical for any medical attention you may require. Click these links for more information on this program and how to complete the Yellow Dot Participation form.

Questions from the Community

Q:  What happens if I cannot pay the annual assessments by January 15th?

A: The Association offers two payment plan options for Members in “good standing” who are not able to pay the assessments in full by January 15th of each year.

Members not in “good standing” may contact the Finance Department to discuss a payment arrangement.

Late fees are assessed each month in which the assessment payments are past due and delinquent.

For more information regarding the payment plan options and the collection policy, click here

Q:  Is sledding allowed in the community?

A: Yes, sledding is allowed in approved, designated areas on the ski hill only and is prohibited on all SCE roads and common areas. The sledding hill is located at the bottom of the ski area behind the tiki bar.
