On Tuesday, December 1st 2020, the world will celebrate a global day of generosity called Giving Tuesday. This special day was created in 2012 as a simple idea: dedicating 24 hours to encourage people to do good. Over the past nine years, Giving Tuesday has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate kindness. People can show their generosity in a variety of ways during Giving Tuesday—by helping a neighbor, advocating for an issue, sharing a skill, or contributing to causes they care about.
