Give the gift of warmth this holiday season! The community outreach committee will use funds to purchase hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, etc. for children in our communities. Campaign ends December 16, 2022.

RACI Upcoming Events

Along with the announcements of our 2023 Directors and annual awards, we will ask for nominations for the 2024 Charity Gala fundraising recipient organization. The 2024 recipient will be announced at the 2023 Annual Meeting in October.

2023 DUES RENEWAL TIMELINE

• December 1 - 31, 2022 - $50 late fee applied to 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
• December 5, 2022 - Affiliate 2023 Dues Renewal available
• December 31, 2022 - Affiliate 2023 Dues Deadline
• January 1, 2023 - Unpaid members are terminated
• January 1 - 15, 2023 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments

Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1 - MONTHLY MLS TECHNOLOGY FEE INVOICING

MLS technology fee will be invoiced on Thursday, December 1 and is due Sunday, December 25.
