Yes it's 40 degrees out right now and Phil saw his shadow making this the perfect time to begin planning our 2015 Texas Tour du Canada, sponsored in part by Business Events Canada, BOXX Modular and Don Herring Mitsubishi.

Join us Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Old American Golf Club in The Colony, TX for golf, food, prizes and business networking.

Come out for a chance to win a car in a hole-in-one contest and enjoy some other on course games. This provides a great recreational or team building environment. Teams have already begun to sign up, so sign yours up today to reserve your spot. New golfers are welcome.

I can't make it

Thanks again for supporting our event. Discussions are taking place to determine if we will support a local charity with proceeds from the tournament. On possibility is the Irving Cares program that serves as the Irving branch of the North Texas Food Bank. Irving Cares will be launching their first competitive food drive and our tournament may serve as a way to give back to one of our local communities while still reaching our goals.

As always, proceeds do benefit the chamber and perhaps we use the tournament to launch the competitive food drive from the Chamber. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Sincerely,

Joseph Scott
