If extreme weather is destroying your lawn,

over-seeding with Pearl's Premium is the answer!

Because of extreme rains these days, nutrients can be more easily washed out of the soil, so it may be necessary to re-fertilize. Start by overseeding your lawn with Pearl's Premium for a sustainable lawn that never needs chemical fertilizer. Use a small amount of organic fertilizer for a luxurious, dark green lawn. Look for products that are truly organic with the first number being a nitrogen value of between 2 and 8. Pearl's Premium has a very slow growth rate requiring 1/4 the nitrogen compared to faster growing ordinary grass. Most chemical fertilizers have a nitrogen value of over 18, some as high as 30 which is not necessary, and over time will make your soil less soluble, causing chemical run off when it rains.
