Empresso Coffee started with the realization for the need of specialty coffee on the-go and lots of grit and passion.
My mom also always leaned me into her entrepreneurial spirit. I remember she would take me out to stores to look for the best deal on candies or chips which then she would have me go sell around the neighborhood or school.
Fast forwarding to my business now, I remember looking up how much the costs would be to start it and figuring out that my current job would not cut it. I picked up another job working 80+ hours. There were days I wouldn’t even have time for a quick bite on a meal but deep down I reminded myself what my goal was.
Here I am now very thankful that the venture has started and excited for what the world of entrepreneurship has in store for me. Specially through these difficult times.
